Description

We are actively seeking a full-time batcher. Duties include, but are not limited to, accurately putting together large batches of salsa and sauce, maintaining the integrity of the product while cooking, overseeing the different parts of production while the line is running, and paperwork pertaining to production. Benefits include five days of PTO after six months, seven days of PTO after one year, and flexible time off for medical appointments, family obligations, and mental health. Shifts are generally M-F between the hours of 6am-4pm, but days can run late at times, so flexibility is needed. Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift, lift 50 pounds, and bend and twist without issue. Non-slip shoes are required, but will be reimbursed after six months of employment.
