Usually never young guys.. Always old guys in the age of 60-80 looking to re live their prime years back when the use to play in a band. Always say "I've been playing for 40 years" This individual is best known for they lack of flexibility and only wants to play the same things they played 40 years ago, and utilizing way to many effects pedals at a small practice. Many of the "pro" players will eat up a lot of your time trying to relearn the songs, or suggestions for different songs by them will again throw you off track and cost you and your band another wasted day. This type of individual doesn't want to play in your band. They are just looking for a little fun for a day. In reality they have absolutely no intentions on coming back again, and will not have the nerves to communicate to the group it is to much work for them and they are quitting the band.
