We are a vegetable small farm in Hendersonville. We are currently accepting applications for part-time and full-time farm employees. ​Job Description: Employees will help us with daily harvest and general farm labor. Must be able to work Monday to Friday. Position runs from May to October. Farming/gardening experience is preferred. Candidate should be in good physical health, and must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Must be able to work long hours outside in any weather, rain or shine. Candidate should be responsible, self-motivated, has a positive attitude, able to work with minimal supervision, and must be able to work with other employees. Compensation includes produce as well as hourly pay starting at $12/hour with pay raises throughout the season. We do not offer housing.
