COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCED LABORERS HIRING FOR VIRGINIA BEACH AREAS EXPERIENCED CREW LEADERS APPLY- IMMEDIATE HIRE Landscaping Maintenance Crew Leaders East coast Lawn & Landscape. -- VIRGINIA BEACH, VA East Coast Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape/Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader! The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in leading Maintenance Crew members and must have at least 2 years experience in landscaping. This position is responsible for leading a 3-4 person team in the completion various daily tasks which can change throughout the seasons. A typical day during the growing season may include mowing, weeding every week, spraying every week, pruning, trimming, and other various forms of maintenance. Pay is $15 to $20 an hour, based on experience. Requirements for this position: Must have a minimum of 2 years experience A valid driver's license. Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting up to 70 lbs., and working outdoors in various types of weather. Most importantly, you must have a positive attitude, be reliable, a strong desire to learn, and believe in leading others by example.
