This post is a bit long but explains everything you'll need to know about this sweet baby! My husband and I rescued Mufasa from a woman who had him for free on CL about 4 months back. Mufasa came from an abusive woman who allowed her boyfriend to hit him, lock him in a room 24/7, drown him and even broke his tail before he was 2 months old. Mufasa is a HUGE CUDDLE BUG once he warms up to you. He loves to sleep in bed with his owner and/or on your chest. His tail was never corrected before we got him and it healed crooked but you can touch it and he can move it without inflicting pain. He does okay with other cats/ kittens but would recommend a home with an older dog if one resides there. Mufasa is VERY hesitant with other people at first but after some time of exploring and adapting, he'll approach with ease. We have not been able to get him neutered or his shots yet. We had to pay to put our other cat down and pay to train my husband's service dog. We're also moving in July and just haven't had the extra funds to afford it honestly. If you're interested in providing Mufasa that amazing forever home, please text me and we can discuss him further. He will come with a cat tower, liter box, whatever food and liter that's left and some treats and a few toys. There is a rehoming fee but nothing outrageous.
