Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors, locks, building fixtures, etc. Also, must be able to do light plumbing/electrical work. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Part-time available.
