Looking to hire a super for two buildings in Boro Park (16 units total)
Needs to be handy
Duties include:
Maintaining the building.
Taking out the garbage for sanitation pickup (twice a week).
Cleaning the building (once a week)
Performing basic super maintenance fixing and repairs:
(Unclogging - snaking out a sink.
Changing light bulbs.
Repairs and touch ups with plaster and paint.)
