Rehoming our 2 year old flemish giant/Rex cross doe. She would be a great indoor or outdoor pet. With us she has mostly lived outdoors, reigning free in the backyard, and sometimes in a large coop or confined to a rabbit “tractor” so she wouldn’t eat the plants. She has also been allowed inside for brief periods and is great with my 3 year old. She isn’t an in your lap kind of rabbit, but comes up to you to say hi, follows you and is curious, loves treats of course. She is also used to dogs and would be fine with a well behaved one that wasn’t inclined to chase her. Our last dog was great with her. Unfortunately the new dog we’ve adopted is overly excited about the rabbit and would definitely chase her. So she is an indoor rabbit for now, which she doesn’t mind, but I don’t feel we can give her enough attention keeping her indoors downstairs, hidden away from the dog.
She’s a great family rabbit, we want to make sure she goes to a good home. Small rehoming fee. Will come with a bag of food and some supplies, and a cage if needed (it’s not in the best shape).
Please respond with a bit about yourself, the set up you have for a rabbit, whether you’ve had them as a pet before, and any questions.
