Give yourself 30 mins to walk in to the place we meet. Loch Lomand is open March to Oct the hike moves depending on the month. Make sure you go to correct location. Bring water, yoga mat and a snack. Along with your wiliness to have a magical healing Yoga Hike experience. We will meet at the parking lot at the launch ramp store for the Loch Lomand Hike. Henry Cowell meeting is the park store and main parking lot. Each hike takes about 90 mins total, about 40 minutes of Yoga. In both hike sites you will learn about the local habitat, walk along the water (1.5 miles), see redwoods, and wildlife. Stop to practice yoga among and inside a large redwoods. During wet months bring a tarp like blanket to place under your mat. Beginners welcome Private groups can be booked. This hike is a great photo hike. Melissa will take great photos of you during your experience. Or you can take awesome nature photos. A multi layered fun experience
