PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton residents seeking respite from the heat can take refuge at the Pleasanton Senior Center at 5353 Sunol Boulevard from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, where air conditioning and bottled water will be available.
Residents may also charge their phones, the city said. Capacity will be capped at 24 people, the city said.
Expect to practice social distancing and wear a face mask at all times.
Anyone who is sick should stay home. Guests will have their temperatures checked and be asked health screening questions upon arrival.
Pets will not be allowed.Everyone must wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
