Hello, Midwest Aircraft Detailers is seeking both entry level and experienced detailers to join our growing team. Midwest Aircraft Detailers provides on-call, scheduled and as needed appearance services providing both interior and exterior detailing services on General Aviation & Corporate Aircraft, we offer competitive pay, travel pay to and from projects, overnight per diem for any projects that require overnight stays, we cover most travel expenses, and provide transportation from our shop to the job site We are interviewing and hiring immediately. This is an On-Call & Part Time Position, due to the nature of the aviation industry hours per week will vary depending on business demands. This is a great position for anyone who is interested in learning more about corporate and private aviation operations specifically focusing on appearance services, or someone who is interested in aviation. We understand that money makes the world go round, we offer flexible scheduling to work with prior commitments or other work related obligations - this position is great for those who have another part time job and are seeking extra income. We provide transportation from our shop to project sites - YOU are responsible for getting yourself to the shop on-time, this means that reliable transportation is a MUST. We provide transportation from the shop to the project site to prevent any additional wear and tear on your personal vehicles, we pay for travel time from leaving the shop to the project sites and back, we also cover the cost of meals and lodging. This position is best suited for candidates who are able to work evenings or overnights, most projects last 4 to 6 hours, however larger and multiple projects may require hours as long as 12 to 16 hours per shift; this being an on-call position you are expected to report for you designated shift within two hours of the initial dispatch notification. This position is great for candidates who are detail oriented, are able to multitask efficiently, have an ability to learn the position quickly, who work efficiently in order to maintain productivity, like to laugh, and be themselves - we prefer candidates who are social, and comfortable interacting with other team members, and clients. Pay is $18.00 Per Hour To Start, we offer a $2.00 Per Hour Bonus for any hours past 9 PM if you've worked at least five hours prior to the 9 PM Hour. We Are Offering A $250 Signing Bonus After 90 Days (This Requires You Showing Up For Work) We Also Offer Project Bonuses to Crews Who Receive Positive Client Feedback Performance Based Raises, Given If Earned at 30 & 90 Days We Do Not Currently Offer Benefits But Have Hopes to Add Them In The Future, This is an Opportunity to join a growing company with unlimited growth potential. This Position Requires The Following: You Must Have A Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation You Must Undergo Fingerprinting - We Will Perform A Criminal History Records Check & DHS Security Threat Assessment, & INTERPOL Threat Assessment - This is A Federal Requirement for Airport Access at Some Major Airports MUST Pass A Drug Test MUST be willing to Work Nights, with possible overnights as needed MUST be comfortable working in inclimate weather (We do our best to have all our aircraft hangared prior to our services being provided however, some situations require us to work in the heat, cold, rain, sleet and snow) Ability to Travel, we will provide transportation to and from projects (We cover four states, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan & Wisconsin, some projects require us to travel in order to complete projects) MUST be Reliable Comfortable Taking Orders, Housekeeping, Janitorial, or Hospitality Experience is a Plus Ability To Bend, Stoop, Squat, Push, Pull and Move Comfortably in Tight Quarters Ability To Lift 25 Lbs.
