Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time. You will be greeted and asked to fill out a simply waiver. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time. To prepare for your Halotherapy session (45 minutes in duration) inside the salt cave we advise you to use the restroom then remove your shoes. Shoes our stored in a little cubby and you must wear your socks into the cave. You will be walking on the salt! You will enter the cave through a door and be transported to a magical space created out of 9 tons of pink Himalayan salt with twinkling star lights (this is a man made cave inside of a building). You will pick whatever zero gravity chair resonates with you inside the cave. The session will begin with a quick introduction about the salt cave and Halotherapy (utilizing salt for its healing properties). At this time, the cave door will be shut. All you have to do is enjoy the peace and beauty of the glowing salt; while listening to soothing and healing music. At the end of your session, you will hear a tibetan bowl being struck 3 times to serve as a end time warning. We will gently open the door and let you know that the session has come to an end. You will exit nice and slow then enjoy water or complimentary hot tea in the retail area. Benefits of time spent in the salt cave improved respiratory and mental health! So if you would like to bring water with you inside please bring your own bottle.
