Joshua Tree is a powerful vortex of energy, that cannot be experienced unless you tap in to your power of meditation & healing. This experience is always private. We will journey together thru an hour of deep reiki, shamanic healing and sound bath. We will combine many different techniques during our practice. As humans we are a microcosm of the macrocosm. Tools to bring yourself into a state of peace can be taken with you wherever you go. The experience will be simple and gentle. No previous experience is needed as you will be gently diving into the world of healing. Your role is simply to welcome those transformational energies into your life. We will start by going over your main intentions for the practice. We might incorporate pranayama, breath work before getting into our healing. Reiki or shamanic healing is powerful experience, proven to help with PTSD, depression and many other conditions. Energies will be moved kindly and you will feel a lot more empowered, ready to tap into your real self. Group or Couples healing available upon request.
