Learn the art of mixing multiple tinctures and herbal-infused honeys with Lisa Ganora. Take home a bottle of your respiratory elixir! The Eclectics developed elixir making into a high art. Lisa will share those historical approaches and incorporate her experience about making a variety of elixirs over the years. She will cover preservation and storage, phytochemistry, and give hands-on knowledge to craft a take-home bottle of a potent and tasty respiratory elixir. You will create this elixir based on the clinical actions and energetics of commonly available Western herbs from the CSCH apothecary. This four hours of class will be filled with fun and amazing creativity from one of our favorite teachers at CSCH. See you on MARCH 26 from 10am-2pm with two 20 minute breaks.
