2022 Spring Break is here! Come join our camp where we work on speed mechanics, agility, strength, and power development.
ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGIATE ATHLETES, Spring Break is near and UCLA Health Sports Performance, powered by Exos will be hosting 2 speed development camps:
Session 1: April 11-15, 10:30am-12:30pm.
Session 2: April 18-22, 10:30am-12:30pm.
The first half the camp will be held outdoors at Campus El Segundo Field and the second half will be held inside at UCLA Health Sports Performance, powered by EXOS.
What to expect?
1st Half: During the outdoor session, we will work on proper mechanics of sprinting, landing, and changing direction. We will put athletes in a controlled environment to perfect their movement skills. We will also put the athletes in a reactive sport environment training the athletic instinct.
2nd Half: During the indoor session, we will work on proper lifting mechanics & technique to develop sport-specific strength & power. Athletes will train under the guidance of expert Exos coaches who can understand every athlete's unique needs & skills and modify their training accordingly.
What to bring?
Athletes have the option to bring cleats for the outdoor fieldwork, and must have gym shoes for the indoor gym training. Water bottles and sweat towels are also encouraged.
