PLEASANTON, CA — Alameda County finalized elections results on Tuesday afternoon, marking the end of a weeks-long ballot counting process following the Nov. 3 presidential election. Election workers tallied 785,215 votes. Turnout was at 81 percent. With all ballots counted, see who prevailed in local races. Winners in bold.
