PLEASANTON, CA — Alameda County finalized elections results on Tuesday afternoon, marking the end of a weeks-long ballot counting process following the Nov. 3 presidential election. Election workers tallied 785,215 votes. Turnout was at 81 percent. With all ballots counted, see who prevailed in local races. Winners in bold. Percentages are rounded to the nearest percentile and may not add up to 100%.
