SUNOL, CA — The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig-alert Monday morning after a fuel spill and disabled tractor-trailer was reported on southbound I-680. A right lane and entrance ramp was blocked at Vallecitos Road in Sunol, CHP said. Major delays were reported in the region. Around 11 a.m., CHP Dublin advised drivers heading westbound out of Livermore via SR-84 to I-680 to consider taking I-580 into Castro Valley, as the route may be faster.
