REWARD if you find my lost puppy Bella! She is black with brown nose and paws!! Last seen at the Equestrian Apartments on Linda Vista and Camino de Oeste. She is wearing a PINK HARNESS and a retractable leash with a PINK handle. She was spooked by a gate closing and ran off so fast I could not catch her. We have been looking since 3/20/22 at around 12PM.
