If you’re a Feminine core being, wanting to deepen your connection to your body through sensuality & self touch - this is the workshop for u This self- massage will be taught as a self- care ritual and is encouraged to implement daily for best results 🤍 Breast massage (heart chakra) helps open and expand our heart center to experience deeper love, in our ability to give AND receive. Womb massage (sacral chakra) connects us to our intuition as feminine beings, wisdom of our lineage, grounds us in our bodies, enhances creativity, pleasure, and relationships. What you can take away: - a new self-care ritual to deepen intimacy with self - a card with a breakdown of the exercise so you can practice at home - A deeper connection to your heart and womb space - Create connections with like-hearted sisters What to bring: - dress in comfy clothes (keep in mind: this is a top optional event) - any blankets or pillows you’d like to make a “nest” with - Self Massage oil such as coconut or jojoba - Food to share for potluck after (till 11pm) ~optional~ All parts of the practice are simply an invitation. You can participate to the extent you feel comfortable with. This is a top optional workshop. You are welcome to stay fully clothed or simply be in your bottoms. Either way, you’re celebrated here.
