COVID-19 TESTING URGENT - 3-18-22 Due to an unforeseen power outage today, we have closed this testing site early. Testing hours should resume as normal on Saturday, 3-19-22 from 9am-2pm. NEW HOURS (EFFECTIVE 9/17) - M-F 9:30AM-6PM ; Weekends have no change Sat & Sun 9AM-2PM NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS - Before arriving to your appointment, we ask that you fill out the form in the link below or in the QR code below to speed up the registration process. You will then receive a confirmation code number, that needs to be saved when you arrive to your appointment. Insured persons must bring their insurance card(s).
