Heavenly flow is a unique yin yoga inspired class set to worhsip music that I’ve crafted with the Lord’s guidance to bring you closer to Him and experience His presence in a new way. Enjoy peace and stillness as He refreshes your body & soul. An opportunity to really listen to Him speak to you and surrender- free of distractions. The positions we will explore will be gentle, relaxing and accessible to (mostly) every body. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this class, I’d love to chat. Hope to see you there!
