The 20th Cedar Falls Christian Writers Workshop will be held in person at Riverview Conference Center in Cedar Falls, Iowa, June 9-11, 2022. We are very excited to return to Riverview Conference Center, in person, for our 20th Cedar Falls Christian Writers Workshop, June 9-11, 2022. We will be celebrating 20 years of learning, friendships and advancing writing goals. Our keynote speaker is Mary Potter Kenyon, author of multiple books and articles and popular retreat leader. Featured speakers are Shelly Beach and Daniel Bernstrom, children's author. If you have a desire to explore writing, return to writing, improve your writing or learn how to get published, the Cedar Falls Christian Writers Workshop has something to offer everyone who attends. Whether you're a published writer or not, this unique opportunity improves your focus on your writing goals and commitment, strengthens your knowledge and skills, connects you with great resources and other Christian writers and nourishes your spirit.  You will arrive excited and leave moved, motivated, and making steps forward. Long-time co-coordinators Jean Vaux and Sue Schuerman will be passing the leadership baton on to new coordinators after this year. If you've attended before, Jean and Sue would love to make this a nice big reunion. If it's your first time, you will be welcomed and inspired. Please join us for our celebratory year! Your registration fee includes morning and afternoon snacks and beverages, and lunches and suppers on Thursday and Friday and brunch on Saturday. If you wish to rent a cabin for your stay, booking is directly through Riverview Conference Center at 319-268-0787. Rentals are between $65-$85 per night. Please note that there are two prices: 1) an early-bird discounted cost of $297, if you register no later than 9:00 am on May 9, and 2) regular admission of $317 from 9:01 a.m. on May 9 until 9:00 a.m. on June 8. Also note that Eventbrite fees and tax will be added on top of tuition at checkout. Once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation email. To make your registration complete, you MUST complete the Registration Questionnaire. Just click on the link inside your confirmation email, answer the questions and submit. The Registration Questionnaire will allow us to send you ongoing notifications and to develop a roster of all attendees for everyone.
