Zachary FoustEntrepreneur, Team Leader Realtor at Loft Realty When Zachary was 16 years old, long before he became a realtor, he didn’t knowwhat to do in life. He followed in his parent’s footsteps and joined the military. Hebecame part of the Army National Guard with a full-time contract and instantdeployment. Zachary looked for a weekend grind every time he came back fromdeployment and eventually got a state job. After getting fired from his first state job, he got another one, but was released from itdue to funding. Seeking a path with less resistance, he later became a Department ofCorrections Officer. Unfortunately, it was not a positive environment and failed to help him grow. After eight months within the Department of Correction system, one of his past adminprincipals from elementary school, who was a successful agent, reached out and toldhim he should be in real estate. Zachary’s journey was not smooth sailing. He was broke and he didn’t know how topay for the class. Taking a leap of faith, he emptied his bank account to take the class, went through some credit cards, and received help from family in order to get his realestate license. Months passed for Zach as a full-time Department of Corrections Officer and RealEstate Agent. Feeling the way most new agents do, Zach asked himself “now, what?”He then remembered something he had once heard on the Tony Robbins podcast. “Ifyou don't burn the boats, you'll never take the island. You know, if you have a backupplan, you'll never fully succeed in what you actually want to do.” So Zachary walkedinto the office, quit his job, and went full-time into real estate. He placed his feet to theflame, nosedived down off the cliff, and started to build Loft Realty. Loft Realty was created with a vision of “Real Estate being done differently.” It’s abouthaving a PASSION for SERVICE. We developed a culture where a customer or client isnot just a passing paycheck. Instead, they are people who deserve GENUINE passionfor service, the difference that they deserve. At this moment Loft Realty is a growing team in Delaware and Zachary is now on anadventure into social media dominance. Coaching rockstars across the country, speaking on stage with influencers like Tom Ferry, Jason Pantana, and many more, andleading his team to top tier levels of success, there’s no telling where he will go next.
