The gvlMOD 2022 Collection is self-guided tour consisting of five authentic Mid Century Modern designs. On the tour you will learn about each home’s distinct history and its relationship and influence on modern architecture in the Upstate of South Carolina. The six homes are primarily located in or near these neighborhoods: Botany Woods, Cleveland St, and the Furman area. All are in Greenville, SC, and are within 20 minutes or less of driving time of each other. Release of All Claims, Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk By purchasing a ticket to this event, I agree to this release of all claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risk (“Waiver and Release”). I waive any and all claims I may have now and in the future, and release from all liability GreenvilleMOD, American Institute of Architects (AIA), its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, assigns, the homeowners and all individuals and businesses associated with event for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in the tour due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation, negligence on the part of GreenvilleMOD, its representatives, or other participants. I understand the homes on the GreenvilleMOD Home Tour may not meet current building standards and may have access problems, hazards and/or defects. By participating in the tour, I waive and release them from any and all manner of claims, damage or injuries associated with the tour and agree that I am voluntarily attending the tour. I agree to grant the sponsors of this tour or event to a worldwide, royalty-free license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes. As a participant on the tour, I accept full responsibility for my behavior, well-being, and safety throughout the tour. By purchasing the ticket(s), I affirm that I have fully understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions and Waiver and Release of Liability.
