Fitness & Food to help feed Ukrainian refugees. Join Chef Jay Phelan and Pat Hennigan for a morning of amazing food and fitness instruction as we raise money for the relief effort for those fleeing the Ukraine as well as those displaced and suffering within its borders. All donations will go directly to World Central Kitchen and to help with Jay's costs as he travels to the Poland/Ukraine border on May 4th to feed Ukrainian refugees.
