CHICAGO, IL — A 13-month-old toddler was grazed by a bullet while riding in the back seat of a car Friday in Chicago's Belmont Cragin neighborhood, according to a report. The bullet grazed the little girl's neck area, ABC 7 reported, citing Chicago police. The incident happened around 6 p.m. at the intersection of Linder and Wrightwood avenues.
