COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — The Collingswood High School football team begins its playoff journey on the road this weekend.
Collingswood is the No. 8 seed in the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 2 playoffs, according to Gridiron New Jersey. The Panthers will visit top-seeded Pleasantville in the quarterfinals on Friday, Nov. 8, 7 p.m. The winner will play the winner of the game between No. 4 Camden and No. 5 Lincoln in the semifinals.
On the other side of the bracket, No. 2 Cedar Creek hosts No. 7 Point Pleasant Boro, and No. 3 Bernards hosts No. 6 Delaware Valley in the quarterfinals.
Collingswood is 5-4 this season and is coming off a 6-0 win over Sterling following back-to-back losses. The Panthers earned 8.11 power points and have a strength index of 53.56.
