🚨UPDATE 3/20/22: STILL MISSING. No new leads - please keep sharing his information and call us ASAP if you see him. He could be anywhere in the Durham/Cary area at this point. We're continuing to do everything we can to bring him home safely and won't give up until we have reason to believe otherwise. Thank you! or ---------------------- UPDATE 3/10/22: STILL MISSING. Please keep calling and texting us with any possible beagle sightings - we really appreciate it and want to keep him on people's minds until we find him! We haven't had a confirmed sighting in 2.5 weeks so please keep sharing his information with everyone you know in the area. As a reminder, do not chase if you seen him, just call or ASAP. Thank you! UPDATE 2/27/22: STILL MISSING. There was a sighting last week confirmed over the weekend by the dog tracking team near 55 and Hopson Rd in Durham! We've adjusted our strategy based on this and advice from the dog tracking team. Please call us as soon as you see him 🙏 Our phones have been on max volume since he escaped and we will pick up no matter how early or late you think it is. Again, any sightings particularly along Scott King Rd., Grandale Rd, Wake Rd, 55, O'Kelly Chapel Rd and 751 are critical. or - thank you! UPDATE 2/18/22: STILL MISSING. Based on the professional team's assessment, he is still alive and is hiding out (hence no recent sightings). We have a strategy in place but could use extra eyes along the same areas: ATT, Scott King Rd, 751, O’Kelly Chapel Rd, Grandale Rd, Wake Rd and along 55 in Durham/Cary, NC. Do NOT chase or go into the woods, please take a picture and call ASAP if seen! We've been told he is a highly unusual case but are continuing to do everything we can to bring him home safely. UPDATE 2/14/22: STILL MISSING. BOLO around the following areas: Scott King Rd, 751, O’Kelly Chapel Rd, Grandale Rd, Wake Rd and along 55 in Durham/Cary, NC. Please be on the alert along the American Tobacco Trail through here as well as he may pop out looking for food. Do not chase, take a picture and call ASAP if seen! We've been told he is a very unusual case 🙂 but hope to have a more informative update after the professional dog tracker & trapping team returns in a day or two 🙏 UPDATE 2/11/22: STILL MISSING. We've been working with a professional dog tracker & trapping team and based on a recent assessment believe we should be on the lookout for him between the following areas: South of Scott King Rd, East of 751, North of O’Kelly Chapel Rd and West of 55 in Durham/Cary, NC. Please be on alert along the American Tobacco Trail (or any other roads) through here as he may pop out looking for food. Do not chase, try to take a picture and call ASAP if seen! UPDATE 2/5/22: STILL MISSING. We have been working with a professional dog trapping and tracking team these past few weeks and reviewed the Parkwood/Grandale sightings from earlier this week with them today. Based on this assessment, we believe he moved through the Parkwood/Grandale communities and is moving further south of Scott King Rd. Please be on the alert for any sightings around O'Kelly Chapel Rd, 55 and Kit Creek or Hopson Rd or in any of the neighboring communities in this general vicinity (NW Cary). He could also come back into the Parkwood/Grandale communities so continue to be on the lookout there. Let us know if you see him on your security cameras and please do NOT go into the woods looking for him. UPDATE 2/3/22: STILL MISSING. We need confirmed sightings. If you live in any of the following neighborhoods (see below), have a SECURITY CAMERA of some sort (Ring, Nest etc.) and want to help us bring him home, please message me! A reminder for those who want to look for him, please stay on the pavement and roads and don't call or chase. Do NOT go into the woods looking for him as that may scare him out of whatever safe space/shelter he has found. Neighborhoods include: Parkwood, The Ridges of Parkwood, Audubon Park, Lake Park, Fairfield, Lakehurst, Grandale, Huntington Ridge, Kentington Heights, Eagle's Pointe UPDATE 2/1: STILL MISSING. We need confirmed sightings. If you live within 751, 55, MLK and Scott King Rd in Durham (or have seen our neon posters and want to help), have a SECURITY CAMERA of some sort (Ring, Nest etc.) and want to help us bring him home, please message me! UPDATE 1/30: a FEW POSSIBLE sightings in the general Parkwood community south of 54. If you live in Parkwood or a neighboring community (Grandale, Lake Park, Lakehurst, Fairfield, Audubon Park etc.), please keep an eye out for him! Check your security cameras (i.e., Ring) to see if he has shown up on them. He’ll likely be sprinting to stay warm so a reminder to not chase or call him. Please take a picture if you can and call or ASAP. Adding some additional pictures from different angles as well. Thank you for keeping an extra eye out for him! UPDATE 1/28: POSSIBLE SIGHTING in the Parkwood community south of 54 in Durham. If you live in Parkwood or a neighboring community, please keep an eye out and help us actually confirm it is him! If you have a security camera (i.e., Ring), please see if you have any footage of him. Reminder to not chase or call him. Take a picture if you can and call or . UPDATE 1/25: STILL MISSING! We need recent sightings. Please keep an eye out along 54 from BARBEE RD to APEX HWY and call or if seen! If you can take a picture at the time of sighting, that would be appreciated as well as we've gotten unconfirmed sightings that are hard to assess and can take us away from where we need to be. UPDATE 1/23: STILL MISSING. We reviewed the MLK & 55 area with a professional team and now believe that he may still be in the same area where he escaped. Please keep an eye out along 54 from BARBEE RD to APEX HWY. Thank you! If anyone has seen a beagle that looks like this - please call one of the below numbers ASAP! Please DO NOT chase him, approach him or call after him. He is very timid and will run. He should hopefully also be wearing a yellow harness, with a blue collar.
