This is an ad to join a small, residential-based company in Westerville, OH where the right candidate will have the opportunity to work in Middle and Upper-class residential neighborhoods in the Westerville, Worthington, and New Albany areas. We exclusively service these areas only and focus on route density to maximize efficiency and lower operating costs. If you've been in the lawn care and landscape industry for as long as I have, you understand how easy it is to feel undervalued. Some of us have always brought more to the table because we are passionate about what we do. Yet, despite our efficiency and knowledge, we still would get paid the same as the guys who weren't passionate about it. And we knew it. That is not a stab at them, they just knew how the system works. They understand the Hourly pay system as it stands today, and how to abuse it. So what does that say about that pay system? It's antiquated. Old! Outdated!! What if I told you, I wanted to make sure the hardest working employees have the opportunity to shine and earn big for their efforts? And to give you the power to raise your own wage without putting the business in the Red and your jobs at stake? A way that you don't have to chase raises for durations of time spent working at a company? How can I make sure that when I turn you loose, you are just as eager to work as hard as you always have but now have the chance to earn for that extra effort you put forward? P4P Pay for Performance, an all-encompassing pay system where high performing employees see compensation matching higher production and quality of work. You will always make your base rate of $18. But if you have that drive and want to stand out, you can peak out at $24/hr! That means not having to wait and climb the hourly pay scale over months and years at the same company. We also have other bonus incentives such as Quarterly Net Profit Sharing in addition. The concept behind this is to help teach you how to think like a boss, because the more you can help the company by reducing waste in the form of day-to-day consumables and wasted labor, the more money will be in the Net Profit pool at the end of the Quarter, meaning bigger potential bonuses (assuming you meet the criteria and abide by the rules). This puts the ball in YOUR court to earn more than your current landscaping gig and those around you who slack off! YOU are why we're going to grow into one of the best residential-based companies in the country! That's why we need the best! We require you to meet a few standards though: -Minimum 2 years mowing and landscaping experience; the more the better! -Driving record with no more than 2 points. -Clean criminal history -Ability to show up on time and consistently (this can impact your net profit sharing bonus, but never your hourly pay scale) -Existing knowledge in professional mowing and landscaping -Ability to pass a drug screen (If you have a Medical Marijuana prescription, save it for the end of the day; zero tolerance policy when working/clocked in/using company equipment) Please send your resumes w/ references and we'll be contacting you within 24-48 hours.
