Hey Artistic girl,
You were a regular at Highland Coffee Company. But after they closed down permanently last year.. everyone in that scene scattered to the four corners.. and i miss sitting on their porch and being around the smiling, laughing, & good energy. The brotherly & sisterly love experienced there was our special safe space.
Maybe you'll remember me more if i give a description. I was the very tall gentleman who looked a lot like Shaggy from Scobby-doo. Was usually lost with an intesity in an art pad & journal.. in the same way people were absorbed with their laptops & devices up there. I craved their green tea shakes & sunshine muffins - but was truly soul fed by the beautiful personalities of patrons and staff.
Thw spontanious performances that occured. Sometimes we sang along to an acoustic guitar playing.. and i personally liked to share my art, stories, and poetry with the group sitting out there.
I never gave up looking around town for our creative "tribe". Maybe through a miracle you'll read this - or someone that you know will - and be inspired to pass along this humble message. Please allow this kindred spirit the honor of platonically spending quality time amongst your awesomeness again. Meet up at a nearby coffeehouse to reconnect the polka dots of cherish memories.
Even if you still consider me a stranger somehow. Not a problem. I feel an unconditional need to help you acquire your favorite things. Want to buy you a new journal & books at Carmichaels, art supplies at Preston's, and your next tattoo.. all as belated birthday & xmas gifts. Owe me nothing in return but the chance to do something nice for you.
If this sounds intriguing, and your interested in a friendship, please contact me here.
That dude from Highland Coffee,
CrowBoy
