Solder tub spout to copper pipe

I have a bathtub spout that needs to be soldered to the copper. We had our bathtub replaced by handyman. We had to cut the back wall open the drywall to get to the spout because it started leaking he came back and he temporarily got it to stop leaking and then he told us That the spout needs to be soldered to the copper pipe and he can’t do that. So you need experience and soldering equipment please. I need asap and how much?
