Lost 7 month Cattle Dog

Our landlord needed us to get rid of our dog, and we had found a great owner to take him (our pup Scout) however, they couldn't until April 1st. Last night our landlord insisted we could no longer keep Scout in our apartment so we gave our dog to our friend (huge mistake) who said would take him to the humane society. To our disbelief they took him there and tied him to the door and left him after hours (this happened after 11pm). PLEASE, if you hear anything or know where our dog is let us know. We called the humane society and the multnomah Troutdale shelter and they do not have him. We would love the owner we found for Scout to still get him and we are at a huge loss. Text. Call. Any information. If you have Scout please return him! He is 20 lbs, mainly black with speckled white and tan coloring. He has his collar and name tag with our information on it.
