Experienced Lawn Care / Landscape Technician Needed

We are a local family owned business that owns and manages several apartment complexes in the Greenville area in search of a qualified individual with experience in commercial lawn care to maintain property grounds and equipment. This position requires a driver’s license, references, and willingness to undergo a background check. Full-time or part-time position available. Pay rate will be based on experience and ability. MUST BE A HARD WORKING, RELIABLE INDIVIDUAL THAT IS NEAT, ORGANIZED AND HAS AN EYE FOR DETAIL Must be proficient at the following: - Driving and backing a truck and trailer - Ability to work alone in all weather environments - Operating zero-turn mowers, weedeating, trimming shrubs, mulching beds & spraying round-up - Maintaining equipment such as changing oil, filters, blades etc. Please do not apply if you do not meet the above criteria Other skills that are preferred but not required: - Safely using a chainsaw - Operating a tractor with bush hog - Operating a skid steer - Driving a dump truck (no cdl required) - Mechanical skills Please respond with a description of your experience, and confirm that you meet all of the requirements above.
