Painter needed

We are selling our house and we need a painter who... 1. Is responsible 2. Can communicate 3. Is available THIS week (week of March 20th) 4. Knows what they are doing and has experience 5. Is dependable 6. Timely Need a painter to paint one bedroom (walls and ceiling). Will need some holes from shelving and tv wall mount filled, etc. Due to our jobs we just don't have time to get this finished. Again, please do not contact me unless you are available, interested and can agree to the six points listed above. We aren't tough customers to work with. We have just gotten burned by people who can't follow through.
