My dishwasher won't get hot. Can you fix it?

Hello, Our dishwasher from 2016, Kitchen Aid, won't seem to get hot. Ideas? Do you know how I can fix this, or can you come fix this? It washes the dishes, but it definitely leaves some residue and fatty things like cream cheese will not completely wash off. And when it's running, it doesnt steam, it doesnt feel hot. Doesn't seem to dry the dishes much either. Thanks, Alex
