Looking for someone with experience in residential painting. There is a layer of latex paint over oil on the trim that needs sanded before properly priming. Also some spackling to do. Looking for someone with the muscle and attention to detail to get everything prepped painted and looking good. There's a variety of talent on here so prefer to pay hourly/daily cash.
