Providing Live-In Pet Caretaking

Hello all, I'm currently in Eastern WA but will be moving to the Puyallup or Auburn area soon and I just had an idea. I have many years of experience in animal caretaking and dog training. I have volunteered with Guide Dogs for the Blind for almost a decade now and this is the one thing that I feel I truly excel at. I am curious how many people in the Seattle area (I consider the Seattle area everywhere from Everett, Issaquah, down to Olympia) would consider hiring someone as a live-in animal caretaker and light housekeeper if they work long hours. I think that I would want to be able to make around $30k per year with the animal caretaking gig, as well as have a part time remote gig that I can do while keeping the animals comfortable. I am a swing and blues dancer, hoping to pursue that more seriously once I move, and I think that this would definitely allow me to do this as well as take care of all of my necessities.
