Oakdale is hosting a drive, drop and pray event to support Ukraine. It will take place outside in the Georgia Ave Front Parking Lot from 4 to 5:30PM on Sunday March 20. You can drive through and drop off donations and pray with us for Ukraine from your car (or hop out and stay awhile). We are collecting new packaged blankets, first aid kits and children’s diapers of all sizes for the people of Ukraine. We will be working with St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, in Silver Spring, to get donated items to where it is most needed. If you are unable to make it on Sunday and want to drop off your donation at Oakdale this week, you can do so in the donation bin on the Oakdale front porch/portico (see below).
