Small, local company seeks cleaning technicians and lead technician

My name is Joshua and I am the owner and operator of Ophel Home and Yard LLC. Ophel Home and Yard is a growing local cleaning service and I am looking for extra hands going into our busy season. Primarily, we work with AirBnb hosts in the area to turnover their units and provide a clean and elegant first impression for the next entering guests. This accounts for a large portion of what we do day-to-day. We are responsible for all areas of cleaning, tracking damages, laundry and stocking amenities. I offer fairly flexible scheduling and there are ample opportunities throughout the week to pick up extra shifts. Positions have been seasonal in the past but there will be the opportunity for regular hours out of season as well, for those who are interested. Shifts worked will be 4 hours minimum but I will be offering full regular days as the season picks up. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and familiar with cleaning and sanitizing processes. Experience in a professional cleaning setting is preferred, but I am willing to train promising individuals. MUST have reliable transportation for the Greater Madison area MUST be available on Sundays 10a-4 MUST have and comfortable with a smartphone MUST be able to lift up to 30 lbs MUST be able to stand for long hours MUST be able to bend and stoop frequently MUST be available 15-20 hours per week minimum
