Professional bassist with 15 years playing experience offering both Upright Bass and 4, 5 string Electric Teacher holds a degree in performance from Berklee College of Music and has been teaching privately for 12 + years. Learn everything you need to know on the BASS: - Technique - Rhythms - Time - Groove - Sight Reading I enjoy music from all different styles. From playing in dozens of different bands over 20 years as a sideman, he is well versed in Jazz, Funk, Pop, Rock, and Reggae. I also enjoy working with beginners all the way to advanced students teaching 4 and 5 String bass as well as Upright Bass. In lessons, I will provide skills to groove in all styles by emphasizing finger and thumb techniques, deep dive into Rhythm, reading music, exploring music theory and ear training.
