ISO of a Puppy under 5 Months UTD on shots & fixed/neutered!

I am in search of a puppy 4 months old or younger. MUST have proof of vaccinations, if he/she is spayed/neutered (can start at 8 weeks), dewormed, and flea treated. I do not mind paying a small rehoming fee, but I am not going to take any puppy that is not UTD on shots, dewormed, or not given flea medicine. Preferably a breed 50 pounds or under.
