Description

Need help with a loft above the garage. Tear out the carpets, tack straps, take look at the plumbing, clean up the pesky leftover crap on the floor, staples etc. Rooms are approx. 8x12 and bath 5x3. The door needs proper hanging and possibly adjusting (sanded on one side). The stairs to the loft are a bit janky, will take an estimate for that too. No, the cat does not live in the bathroom.
