Zoom Guitar lessons - Real lessons with real results! Lessons are $50 an hr. Once a week, a month at a time. I graduated from AIMM and have been teaching ever since! There are no shortcuts for learning this instrument, I’m sorry. However I have been teaching for 10+ years and have found great ways to help students understand and advance their playing dramatically. If you want to excel at anything, including playing music, it takes practice. Strumming through your favorite song, cranking out a rockin’ riff, playing a melodic jazz standard, or improvising a convincing blues, rock, or jazz solo on the spot, it all takes efficient practice in the right direction. Some things that we will be working on in our lessons : How to build a practice schedule Scales : How to build them and use them in music Chords : how they work together to build progressions that make songs Learning songs by ear How to play solid rhythm guitar How to use and learn arpeggios all over the neck Please reach out if you have any questions.
