looking for some help to demo a few walls, cleanout large house in Brewerytown section of Philly near 28th and Cecil B Moore sts. Must be hard worker who can swing a sledge hammer, pull plaster and lathe, pull nails, bag it up and carry it up and down steps. Lots of trash left behind to bag and remove. Paying $100 a day cash ($12.50 an hour) to start. If good work could be a bonus. Bring gloves. Must be able to start Monday morning at 9am and get to site on your own. Could be up to a weeks worth of work clearing out, could more more work if you do solid work and even more work if you have other skills once house is cleaned out.
