I have an 80% completed concrete ditch job that was started by an unreliable handy man that has not been back for the past 3 weeks to finish the job. It can be easily completed in 1 day by the right person. Will pay in cash once the job is finished. We can discuss prepayment for what may need to be bought prior to starting the work to complete it.
