We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our the outside of the buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean parking lot from garbage and leafs. On the designated areas (dusting, sweeping, leaf blowing parking, replacing garbage cans with new bags, cleaning etc) Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Integrity High school degree Days & Hours: -Monday - Saturday -6am - 12pm -$15 hourly -NO CASH PAYMENTS!!!
