Are you a craftsman? A handyman? An experienced construction worker?
Renovation company Centerline Design and Contracting, LLC. in Austin needs craftsman/handyman/construction assistant who can do:
o Framing (build walls, doorways, windows, etc)
o Drywall, tape and mud, texture, prime and paint.
o Minor Electrical - fans, light fixtures, switches, outlets, etc.…
o Minor Plumbing – faucets, angle stops, garbage disposals, toilets, etc.…
o Finish work – Cabinets, doors and trim including crown
o Exterior trim and siding
o Fence – wood and chain-link
o Tile work is a plus (wall and floor)
o Concrete (mixing, building forms, setting rebar, pouring)
o Masonry is a plus (block and stone)
o Demo and clean outs
o Landscaping (planting, mulching, retaining walls, French drains)
This freelance position pays $15/hr to start. Once we see your skills pay may increase to $20-30/hr if you are skilled, can work unsupervised and have your own tools. Will train the right person
Must have own transportation and be punctual. Must be able to provide info for 1099 form. We pay on Fridays
Long term/permanent work possible.
