Max Needs a New Home

Max is a 40 lb., 5-year-old, dachshund pug mix. All his shots are up-to-date and he is neutered. His favorite things include laying in the sun, cuddling, and finding new smells. He is an amazing companion dog, always by your side. It is with a heavy heart that we are considering rehoming him. Full disclosure, since we were forced to move into a smaller apartment with less backyard space, Max has become very anxious. From the new noises, Max's barking has increased. So a new peaceful and quiet home is necessary. In addition, Max's housetraining skills have diminished due to being in a new neighborhood full of other dogs. Also, speaking of other dogs, or other pets in general, Max is better off being the only pet in a home. I feel that these behavioral issues can be easily corrected with the right owner. We are looking for someone patient with more space in their home that preferably has a big backyard and the time to retrain the sweetest dog I've ever met. Small rehoming fee of $75
