Description

"Giggle" is a 4 year old Female Mustached Parakeet. She comes with her cage, toys, light. She has become unhappy and we have tried to help her but we feel she is in need of more than we can help her with. She recently laid 2 eggs, her first eggs. She is stuck in her cage 24/7 because when we open her cage,she heads straight for an unsafe area of our home. She use to be let out all day and would camp out on her cage with no issues. We feel that a complete change in her life would be beneficial. We feel she is very unhappy in her current situation.
