I need someone to make me a specialized tool!

Hey! I really need help here! I need to find a way to make our production faster! I am in the business of making soft to simi soft candys. We cut the candys by hand and I need to come up with a method or a tool to speed up the process! Please if you are a creative person and know how to work with metals and tools please help! Or share this with someone who might be able too. Right now we are setting the candy in a sheet pan and laying them in a cutting board and using a ruler and a pizza cutter to cut even squares. I have thought of several ways to possibly make the process faster but I do not have the skills to actually make any of my ideas for tools. If you are interested I can respond with photos and a better description of exactly what we are doing and some Ideas I have had to make it better. Obviously I am willing to pay 💰 for help! I can spend about $500 right now and if we find out materials and labor would be a lot more and you are confident you can make something useful I would definitely be willing to raise my budget!
